BrixCRM is proud to be an Authorized Training Provider of Sugar training sessions as Sugar Elite partner in Europe. In the training center located at our office in Amsterdam, we provide one or two days during training sessions to get you up to speed with Sugar. It is also possible for us to provide training on-site at your office. You solely need to pick a date and we are happy to provide a training for beginners, key-users as well as for administrators. End User Training
This introduction training is especially designed for (new) Sugar users looking for a practical, hands-on experience that closely matches your daily job. We will work with the latest Sugar version so you can get up to speed with the latest features and functionalities.

Administration Essentials
As an administrator you will learn the basics of the backend functionalities of Sugar. During this training you embark on the journey to familiarise yourself with all the aspects of user and module management. Via test cases you will work on and learn the do’s and don’ts of Sugar application management.

Sugar Sales User training
After this training, you will be up to speed with the possibilities that Sugar offers you as an account manager or inside sales employee. Besides that, you will be given the means to organise your daily routines more efficiently and to share it with your colleagues. The Sugar mobile app easifies your job when being on the road to and from customers.

Sugar Marketing User training
During this training, you will learn how to qualify leads, how to send out newsletters and how to create and use web-to-lead forms.

Sugar Support User training
The ‘Support user’ training targets every employee who is in touch with your customers, prospects as well as partners on a daily basis. During this training you will get acquainted with the ‘ins’ and ‘outs’ of the support process in order for you to quickly and accurately address all your customers’ desires and complaints in Sugar. The training provisions the means and tools to get an overview of all open issues and questions waiting for your input.
