Personal data that we process
BrixCRM processes your personal data because you make use of our services and/or because you provide these data to us yourself. Below you will find an overview of the personal data we process:
– IP address
– Location details of IP address
– Information about your activities on our website (such as the origin of the visit (e.g. Google) and pages viewed)
– Internet browser and device type
– Other personal data that you provide to us yourself, for example by filling in a form, creating a profile on this website, in correspondence and by telephone.
Our website and/or service does not intend to collect information about website visitors under the age of 16.
For what purpose and on what basis do we process personal data
In most cases BrixCRM processes your personal data on the basis of consent and legitimate interest. We do this for the following purposes:
– Sending our newsletter and event invitations;
– Optimizing our e-mail communication for commonly used browsers and devices;
– To be able to call or e-mail you if this is necessary in order to be able to perform our services;
– The location details (city and province) of your IP address, if available, are registered once in our marketing automation system when you fill out a form on our website. We use this data for lead qualification and for the analysis of our marketing activities.
– Inform you about changes to our services and products;
– BrixCRM analyses your behaviour on the website in order to improve the website; and to tailor the range of products and services to your preferences. For the use of analytical cookies we ask for your consent on your first visit to our website.
Automated decision making
BrixCRM does not take decisions on the basis of automated processing on matters that may have (significant) consequences for individuals. These are decisions that are made by computer programs or systems, without a human being (e.g. a BrixCRM employee) in between.
How long we retain personal data
BrixCRM does not retain your personal data longer than is strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which your data are collected.
Sharing personal data with third parties
BrixCRM does not sell your data to third parties and will only provide them if this is necessary for the execution of our agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation. We enter into a processing agreement with companies that process your data on our behalf in order to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality of your data. BrixCRM remains responsible for these processing operations.
